Refund policy

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

We do not accept returns or exchanges,  each item is 'made to order' which means they are special orders - if your item is incorrect or misprinted, contact us at ninefruitsapparel@gmail.com and we will get you either a refund or the corrected item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
